The Challenge

SafetyCulture runs safety and operations software for frontline teams worldwide. Enterprise customers provision access for hundreds of new users every fortnight, across shift patterns, site hierarchies, and permission tiers that don't fit a simple invite flow.

Admins of enterprise were losing a working week to user management tasks that should have taken minutes. New users dropped off in their first month due to high friction in onboarding.

The Solution

User research showed they used a combo of Auth and API for identity management and tool access.

I redesigned onboarding and admin around how enterprise teams actually provision people, in an ecosystem of existing apps and in a flat structure.
